Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit 2 pets per home.
Pets must be 1 year or older.
Maximum adult weight is 100 pounds.
Non-refundable pet fee is $275 per pet.
The pet deposit is $125 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet.
